Birr Stage Guild - latest

We are now setting the wheels in motion for our Spring production, Little Shop of Horrors. We held a very informative workshop and information evening on 5^th December which was very well attended. Auditions are presently underway and the cast will be announced shortly. The show will open with a Gala Night on Sunday 27^th February and run nightly until Saturday 5^th March. Our A.G.M was also held recently and it was encouraging to see such a big turnout. Our 2005 committee consists of some familiar faces together with many new faces.

The Guild was pleased with its production of “Our Town”, a three-act play by Thornton Wilder which it staged in October and is actively considering other drama possibilities for 2005. Looks like another busy year ahead!!.
